OUR COMPANY HISTORY – Terrie Daughtry’s lifelong passion for interior design blossomed into a full-service home interiors business about ten years ago. And then five years ago, she opened ShoeString Interiors and Gifts retail home décor store in a quaint, little cottage in Old Town Keller, and then moved to her new location at the Arthouse in Keller Town Center where you can shop for eclectic home décor and gift items as you walk from store to store. OUR SPECIALTY – “Our primary specialty is room makeovers. We utilize what the client already owns to its’ best advantage and then we add complimentary décor. A new room in a day! Our biggest reward is to see the joyful expression on the client’s face (sometimes with happy tears) when thy walk into a whole new space at the end of the day. We also do custom interiors in every price range and light commercial projects like office spaces, lobbies, etc.

OUR GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT – “A client who loves coming home! I fondly remember one client’s husband (who was not so keen on hiring a decorator) actually thanking me in a handwritten note for ‘changing his families lifestyle’. After their makeover, everyone in his family wanted to spend more time together at home.”
